Not sure why people don't drink more of this style when the sun goes away, some weird wine stigma. I like to open a a bottle of this when I'm prepping dinner and decanting an aged red, or youthful red for that matter. This happens to be an amazing pairing with Thanksgiving Turkey. Something about the pretty red fruit, flowers, and bright acidity makes the turkey shine.
